If you examine the updated list, you'll find that some publishers are no longer listed on Beall's List, while others have been added. The same is true for the Journals list.
Long considered an authority on Predatory Publishing, and credited with coining the term Predatory Publisher, librarian Jeffrey Beall's well-known Beall's List of "Potential, possible, or probable predatory scholarly open-access publishers" was taken down in January, 2017. However, it's back up!
Taking up the charge that Beall devoted much time to, Stop Predatory Journals has also been taken down. This is the most recent snapshot of their list captured on December 20, 2021.
There is a subscription service from Cabell's that provides journal analytics (“Journalytics”) and Predatory Reports. Unfortunately, we do not have a subscription to this resource.
