If you're specifically wanting a certain information type, such as books, journals, or articles, from FLITE's Homepage and the FLITE Health & Medical Landing Pad's Homepage, you have the ability to scope your search. From FLITE's Homepage, there is the prominent SmartSearch box that has buttons for Articles, Books, or Journals. See screenshot below.

You may be after a book chapter, a reference entry such as an encyclopedia article, videos, dissertations, or other item types. If this is the case, use SmartSearch and after you run your search, you'll see the Item Type filter on the left-hand side of the results. You may be surprised at the number of item types when you click on Show More! See the screenshot, below.

We're all accustomed to retrieving an overwhelming number of results when searching for information and sticking with the initial results that come up. If searching for articles, to get more focused results for your profession, rather than using FLITE's SmartSearch, you may wish to try the following databases:
