As an example, you have invented what you believe to be a new kind of bicycle lock.  In this case, using words that describe what your invention is, you could try bicycle lock as a Title search. To perform a Title search change All Fields to Title.

Note that the drop-down menu contains all of the specific search fields in which you may search. Searching with the default All Fields may bring back some irrelevant results (Somewhere in the Patent, bicycle lock is mentioned but the Patent may be something else entirely). A Title search means that the phrase “bicycle lock” has to appear in the titles of the Patents.
