A very large full-text database with over 150 million articles covering a myriad of subjects, General OneFile indexes both newspapers and journals. Coverage is from 1980 to present. A few journals, especially older dates, give only selective full-text. Use Advanced Search if the default Subject Guide Search is not yielding relevant results.

ScienceDirect is "the leading full-text scientific database offering journal articles and book chapters from more than 2,500 journals and almost 20,000 books" from scholarly, scientific and technical journals, updated monthly. Content is 1995-present and may be searched by subject or by journal title.
