Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) Grants
HRSA " is the primary Federal agency for improving health care to people who are geographically isolated, economically or medically vulnerable" and offers grants to address these issues.

HRSA Rural Health Funding Opportunities
From HRSA and the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy, you can see open, closed, and funded grants.

The Foundation Directory is also available at some libraries (mostly large university libraries) as a searchable database. Check out nearby university library's database listings online, and determine if the public may use the library to search this database.
