How well is your fantasy congress is doing and why?
Is there legislation that will be discussed, and/or brought to a vote during your fantasy congress on your women’s issue?
What type of congressional member voted aye or nay on this issue? What do they have in common? Are they from a specific region of the country? Do they represent one political party or another? Do they represent a specific gender? Consistency of position? Ethnic identity?
What does this say about the longevity of a congressperson’s “lifespan” in office? Is that different for members of the senate or the house? Do they go on to hold other political offices?
What does this say about which party holds power at the time legislation goes up for a vote?
What would happen if this legislation went up for a vote today?
