Printing in FLITE

A guide to using the PaperCut print management platform in FLITE

Printing Instructions

  1. Send the print job from your computer. Ensure the printer you want to print to (Black & White or Color) is selected. (Black & White printer is default)
  2. A window will appear asking you for a username and password. Enter your My FSU username and password and press “Enter”. After a few seconds, another window should appear indicating that your document is being held in a queue. This means that your print job was sent to the printer and is waiting to be printed.
  3. Go to the printer and log in with your My FSU username and password. You should see your print job(s) on the screen. Click on the “Print” link to the right of your print job to print it.
  4. If you do not have sufficient funds on your printing account, click the “Add Value” button at the top of the screen. The money collector to the right of the computer will begin blinking. You may then insert dollar bills into the machine to fund your account. The money collector only accepts paper currency and a minimum of one dollar must be deposited.     **Note, this machine does not make change and no refunds are given for unused funds.**
  5. Log out of the print station after receiving your prints.

Sizes and Prices

Black & White Printing (8 1/2" X 11")

  • 10 Cents per page (2-Sided print is 10 cents per side)

Color Printing (8 1/2" X 11")

  • 25 cents per page (2-sided print is 25 cents per side)
