What is peer reviewed? Some of our databases call these scholarly articles.    This link will explain the peer review process and help you with an understanding of what it all means.  

Interlibrary Loan.  In some instances, we are not able to provide you with the full text of the article.  For those instances, please use Interlibrary Loan.  In many cases, the article will be sent to you within one day!  Check the ILL tab on this guide for more information.

Finding Articles

These databases have peer reviewed journals and are recommended for your topics.  Ask for help if you are not able to find what you need or are unsure how to use them!


LegalTrac and Health Reference Center search just like Academic OneFile.  To get to the peer reviewed screen, you will need to do a Advanced Search.  Most articles in PubMed are peer reviewed already.
