Process

  • The Work Teams Task Force completed its work and put its report on the J: drive in May 2016. We’ve started taking action on some recommendations including creating the new Resource Access and Discovery Technical Work Group (RADTech).
    • New teams were created - Internal Planning Events Committee (CHECK NAME) and RADTech
    • The Accountability & Advisory Committee has taken over where the Work Teams Task Force ended
  • Scott is also working to establish a FLITE-wide First Aid and CPA/AED Team; Dejah, Rod, and Scott attended recent First Aid Training

Target

  • 100% of FLITE committees and task forces have updated charges, rosters, and share regular communication via the InfoHub and reports annually
    • 100% of FLITE committees submitted annual work plans for 2016-17 year. (see AAC InfoHub)

Rubrics/Questions Used to Determine Score

  • Do the teams have annual work plans? Do they report on the work they do annually? Were the positions filled in a timely manner? Were the filled by the appropriate people per the charge? Did the people serving fill the appropriate time on the team/committee per the charge?
  • Did the work the teams do contribute to the success of FLITE's strategic plan?

Results

  • Committee reports are analyzed to determine the extent to which charges are fulfilled
  • Committee reports are analyzed to update FLITE's Strategic Plan
  • Committee rosters and charges are updated annually, as needed
  • Survey of FLITE personnel indicate that committees fulfill expectations and those who hope to participate in committee service are able to do so. - this has not occurred as of March 2019
