Faculty are invited to request library instruction for any of their classes.
Whether you need a "Just In Time" 15 minute session to review a particular resource (e.g. Library Catalog, MelCat, Article Databases, etc.)
OR a full "One Shot" session which covers key Library information, various resources available, as well as basic information literacy concepts.
We can also collaborate to tailor a session to meet your particular course needs.
For an instruction session to be successful please note the following:
*We recommend instruction sessions be scheduled at the time an assignment, paper or project is assigned.
*Instruction sessions should be requested at least (5) days in advance, allowing the librarian to prepare for the session.
