Social Work

This guide will help you get started when you are doing research in the area of Social Work.

Why bother with books?

Ever find the perfect journal article on your subject, only to be totally confused by what it's saying?  Books are the answer to that problem.

Because articles are shorter, they don't have space to explain everything.  Books usually give you more context and background, making a subject easier to understand.

Finding Books at FLITE

If you want books, the library catalog is the place to look.  Type in your title, author, or keywords and find out what we've got!

(You can also access this from FLITE's homepage, on the Catalog tab of the center box.)
