From this page, click on the link for PatFT (Patents Full-Text and Image Database). All Patent Documents issued since 1790, which the USPTO has on record, are available in the PatFT. The USPTO Published Application Full-Text and Image Database (AppFT) allows you to search for recent Patent Applications, not yet granted but which have been in examination for at least 18 months.
